Michelle is an Accredited Disability Social Worker, and is a registered member of the Australian Association of Social Workers (AASW) and provides high-quality clinical supervision to support the Social Workers, Allied Health Professionals, and Early Childhood Educators wanting to work within the disability sector and those wanting to incorporate the Keyworker Model into their practice framework.

We also provide specialist training and ongoing mentoring and supervision for professionals including all allied health and early childhood educators, wanting to implement the Keyworker Model into their practice.
We provide information on best practice frameworks, and all areas to ensure you are equipped and confident in your role.
We are disability specialists, and are trained in the Keyworker Approach, this approach is recognised as the best practice approach within NDIS, to support clients under 9 years.

What to Expect
Supervision sessions are typically held once per month, with flexibility to adjust based on your needs, including short-term support where appropriate.
Sessions are offered via telehealth and run for 1 hour, providing a supportive space for reflection, guidance, and professional growth
